Thanks for sharing your feedback on this idea and explaining how this change would help when sending Quotes and Invoices.
We can see the value in having the copy sent to the sender include the original recipients when “Send me a copy” is selected, especially where this helps with keeping accurate records and following up.
We’ve reviewed this idea and are moving it to Gaining Support so other community members can vote and add comments to share how this would improve their experience too.
We’ll continue to monitor the feedback here and share any updates if there’s progress to let you know about.

We understand how valuable it'd be to have the option to CC or BCC internal staff and key stakeholders when emailing Statements of Account. You’ve highlighted how this feature would streamline internal communication, support better record-keeping, and make it easier to respond to client queries.
At the moment, while CC/BCC is available when sending individual invoices, this functionality isn’t yet available for Statements of Account, which means relying on manual workarounds.
This idea is now in the Gaining Support stage. If this feature would help you, please vote and share your thoughts to help us prioritise it. The more support it gets, the faster we can work on making it happen!

Hi everyone, a few different asks within the idea here and I'd like to confirm what is currently possible to help clarify.
We have recently released a new send modal with new invoicing - with this update you now have the ability to cc and Bcc emails when sending individual invoices from Xero with new invoicing.
While it's not possible to set default cc and Bcc email at the email template level at present this may be something we look into further down the line and we will keep you updated of any planned improvements through this idea.
For the time being, if there are other people for a contact that you'd like to ensure also receive emails you can add them as additional people to the Contact record and select to 'Include this person in emails sent to this contact'

Send myself a copy does NOT show the email address / addresses that it has been sent to.
This is a critical issue with regards to visibility.
There is no cc or bcc field when emailing invoices.

Emails sent to clients do NOT show all email addresses sent to.
This is a critical issue with regards to visibility.
There is no cc or bcc field when emailing invoices, even though it is referred to in answers previously by Xero.
Can we expect a fix for this?
