Hi Anikam, thanks for taking the time to suggest this.

Being able to pay bills directly through Wise from within Xero could help streamline international payment workflows and reduce the need to switch between platforms.

I've updated the status of this idea to Gaining Support. If this is a feature you'd like to see, please continue to vote and share how this capability would fit into your workflow. Your feedback helps us better understand the value this integration could provide.

Hi Leah, hi Pim, I'm Mordechai, a developer. For the last six months I've been building a finance tool with a CFO who uses it every day.

You both describe the same step: every bill in Xero typed again, by hand, into Wise. We built the part in between. It reads your approved bills from Xero and makes one batch file for Wise per currency: one row per supplier, already summed, to the recipients you already have in Wise. You upload it once.

Leah, it also makes one remittance per payment that lists every bill it covers, so your clients can match the money to their statements. Your books stay in CAD.

It only reads from Xero, so recording the payment back in Xero stays with you.

Here it is on a demo company, 35 seconds (attached).

Hi Nikhil, I'm Mordechai, a developer. For the last six months I've been building a finance tool with a CFO who uses it every day.

Your flow is very close to what we built: take the supplier's statement, check every line against Xero, and show what's different. A bill that's missing from Xero, an amount that doesn't agree, a credit note not yet entered.

It only reads from Xero, so it catches the missing bill before you pay the supplier. It doesn't change your bank reconciliation in Xero itself.

Here it is on a demo company, 23 seconds (attached).

Your point about the bank feed is the right one. If it looks useful, reach out: mordechaipotash@gmail.com

Hi team, appreciate wanting an update - I'm pleased to share the beta went well and we've now launched international bill payments for our UK customers, making it easier to pay overseas suppliers.

Using open banking, UK businesses can now securely send money to 180+ countries including Europe (EUR), America (USD) and Australia (AUD). So you don't have to juggle multiple platforms or hidden fees. Whether you're paying a single bill or multiple bills at once, you can authorise payments prepared by your team and easily track which suppliers have been paid.

We’re committed to new ways to expand our bill payments feature for small businesses and their advisors in other regions by leveraging new technologies, where available. I'll keep you updated of any further developments for this, here.

Hi Kathryn, I'm Mordechai, a developer. For the last six months I've been building a finance tool with a CFO who uses it every day.

Your post is exactly what we built for: one foreign-currency payment covering several bills, and one remittance that lists every bill for the supplier. It isn't a banking solution. Your bank stays yours, and it only reads from Xero.

Here it is on a demo company, 26 seconds (attached).

It's exciting to see the problem put so clearly. If it looks useful, reach out: mordechaipotash@gmail.com
