Batch Payments - Ability to export Bpay batches

Ability to export Bpay payment batches.

Purpose: To save user time in exporting Bpay batches, as currently they have to do it one by one.

We want to thank everyone for the attention this idea has drawn. It’s clear from the many votes and detailed comments that having the ability to pay supplier bills with BPAY from Xero is a high-value feature for our Australian customers.

We understand the desire in this and see how this functionality would enhance your use of Xero, and it is definitely on our radar.

As you may have heard, our product team's current focus is on developing our bill payment solutions like we’ve delivered in the UK to more regions, with sights currently set on AU.

Your feedback here is valuable to the team as we explore what this experience will look like. Though we can’t commit to any timelines as yet, BPAY is a feature that we’ll be aiming to support through our new solution. We’ll keep you updated on further news and progress for this, through the idea here.

    This Feature is extremely needed by many people. Xero you are charging the fees with many price rises but your noit listening to your end users.
    Many company and biusines payments need to pay certain bills with Bpay.

    This day and age with Xero fees constantly rising. It should be an available function. BPay is a payment that we all have to make such as tax and asic costs. Zero team make it happen.

    We need this feature asap within Xero. Very surprised that it isn't on there to be honest, seeing as so many suppliers using only BPAY.

    I am new to doing direct payments through ABA file to the Bank, am I correct in that you cannot do this yet for Suppliers with BPay option only?

    This would provide a huge relief to many bookkeepers. We have 60 Bpay bills to pay today alone!

    with body corporate fees for dozens of properties - there is no BSB and ACC - it would save truck loads of time ...please consider ...we have changed banks for one account for the simple process of paying multiple BPAY's but sill tiresome

    Would really love to have BPAY batch payment functionality. It is time consuming to setup and also time consuming for approvers. Really need a solution for this like yesterday.

    BPay has been around for over 20 years. Nearly all of our suppliers use BPay, especially government suppliers such as Vic Roads, there is no EFT provision for these suppliers on their invoices.

    Please include or create separate batch payments for BPay as this will save a lot of time making payments :)

    Considering the comments below, several of our suppliers are transitioning to BPay payments, which is beginning to introduce a time-consuming element into our weekly AP process.

    We need to discover a method to generate .bpb files that can be uploaded through our bank's website for processing multiple credit payments with a single debit, similar to the way we presently handle .aba files.

    Moreover, our CEO and secondary signer must approve each transaction individually at the bank, further exacerbating the difficulty and time consumption for both parties involved.

    With more suppliers moving to BPAY this is becoming a more urgent issue.

    Many suppliers only accept payment by BPAY on their invoices these days. At present BPAY invoices can only be paid one at a time, which makes the process of paying BPAY bills an unnecessarily time consuming process compared to paying batch payments with direct credit bank account details. We need to have the ability to batch pay BPAY invoices so we can pay multiple BPAY invoices more efficiently, ASAP.

    Many of my suppliers only accept Bpay for payment methods.
    Batch payments are a great time saver and it would be great to be able to pay all suppliers.
