UK Payroll - Smart Pension Integration

Integration between Xero Payroll and Smart Pension would be great!

    We're considering upgrading to have access to payroll but would not do this without a Smart Pension integration.

    Just tried to upload the CSV file generated by Xero to Smart Pensions for the first time yesterday. The pension provider ID was missing, as was the group "default". Address 2 column was not fully populated but this might be the way we have entered addresses. However, the biggest issue was that the CSV file format was not accepted by Smart Pensions - not PAPDIS. I had to go onto an HP pc, generate and save the file from Xero then change the format to get it to upload to Smart Pensions. Very time consuming and should be a lot easier to do. I don't want to have to manually edit the file every month when a few tweaks would sort this.

    This was asked for nearly 1 year ago and nothing has been done? What's the point in entering ideas if Xero just ignores us?

    We run weekly payroll and really need this sorted!
    Should be straightforward, same as average wage which is a legal requirement

    this seems such a straightforward issue to solve. As has been previously said, Smart Pension have an API and are open and ready to integrate.

    this is very important to us as a growing business with smart pension, the papdis files have to be manually edited every month to make them upload succesfully and its a real pain! Smart Pension have an API and are open and ready to integrate, its just a case of Xero implementing the integration like you have already done with Nest!

    Please make this happen, I have customers who love Smart Pension but its really annoying having to rebuild CSV files every month to make the upload work
