@sarah I don't think they care. This should have been sorted a long time ago. Same for average wage. Too many errors possible then hard to correct

what's happening with integration? It should have been done by now. Please stop messing with reports and update the programme to run for everyone: Smartpension integration, automatic flag if age changes NI category and legal requirement of average wage for holiday

We understand the needs surrounding being able to adjust the dates for your leave year, whether that be to shadow the UK tax year or otherwise.
Our product team are excited to share that this is an area we are currently looking into developing.
Your feedback and ideas are extremely important to us. As such, we’d like to reach out to our valued community members to get involved in prototype testing, commencing later this month.
The testing will involve using a prototype tool to assess the usability and functionality of our proposed changes to a customisable leave year. We would encourage users that feel strongly about the lack of this function to sign up and welcome users of all experience levels.

You were quick to amend the title! No one seems to actually bother to implement improvements especially on Payroll.
Multiple ‘ideas’ critical to the successful running of payroll (some with legal requirements) are being ignored. We are looking to moving away from Xero especially as Wise transfers are now being stopped without anything new to replace it in placeMartina Ford

Appreciate the idea.
To confirm for those in differing regions - Xero Payroll is developed specifically for each region based on local compliance and regulation.
It looks like there maybe some in the idea here that are after the same Xerp payroll for AU - you'll find an idea you can join for this across here.

Xero is not interested in anything we suggest. They rather keep messing up the reports and general information entry then improves and implement legal requirements

Ability to have an automated scheduled payslip.Purpose: To make Payroll admin workflow easier, especially when they aren’t working on the day when payslip needs to be sent.

There are multiple critical ideas for Xero payroll that were in some cases submitted years ago. Nothing has been done about it. Legal requirements in the UK haven't been implemented and leaves companies struggling to comply

it's a good idea but legally not possible unfortunately! I just spend ages trying to refund the money but found it hard to set it up so HMRC accepted it. Ended up having a phonecall with XERO to talk me through it

This is really important! I raised in to 19 september with xero and they claimed that the issue hadn't been raised yet. It clearly has! The same with the option of setting up different working patterns and recording holidays in days instead of hours.

We have company shutdowns and need to be able to enter these for all employees in bulk. It’s very time consuming and liable to errors to have to do this manually

Our staff works different hours during the week. Friday is shorter. There is currently no way of amending individual days to enable amendment for holidays. Everything needs to be adjusted manually which causes errors.

No they haven’t and no idea if or when. I gave them a low rating on Trustpilot and they told me that we could manually adjust pay. Same for Smartpension..
