Hi There,
Annual wages showing in the pay slips does not include Saturday or afternoon shifts even thou it's been created as ordinary earrings pay items.
This is causing problem for employees who apply bank loans such as mortgage.
This need rectified immediately. -

This organisation has multiple employees working across multiple projects. In order to reduce time and a manual process after pay, on the pay template I have calculated the hours per project per employee within their ordinary hours and each employee receives the same amount as agreed however across multiple lines.
The issue is that the 'annual salary' in the employment details in box to top right of payslip is only calculated on the first line which has caused confusion with employees, banks etc. I haven't even gotten to a group certificate yet so I don't know how its going to calculate this.
Please Xero would you put in a function where we can group the Ordinary Time earnings together to calculate properly instead of having to do journals after the fact.

The all-purpose allowances in STP2 need to contribute towards the annual salary - at the moment this is not happening and is causing confusion and annoyance with employees. This needs to be made a priority.

Please fix Xero so total Director Fees can be shown on payslips as an 'annual salary' for full-time employed directors - even though they are not able to be categorised as 'ordinary earnings'.
Thank you. -

Most of our staff work on a Sat with a different rate to ordinary hours. Would be great if we could have additional earnings rates to be included in annual salary display
