UK Payroll Holiday Fund Options
The ability to set up a holiday calendar period of our choice (we have multiple clients with varying holiday calendars) with the option to have the full holiday entitlement available and for the available balance to reduce as employees take annual leave.

Absolutely. We have a non-standard holiday year (for unknown reasons that predate me it's from 5th April which isn't even the start of the tax year!) so I have to do it manually, which is a double pain as we have non-standard hours meaning the maths becomes quite involved.

I believe that this would make the payroll use on Xero so much more practical and save time and the risk of error.
