We should be able to customise our employee details report to include their job title as well, will this be look at and develop please

Can you please include a new column to show "Jon Title" to the Employee Remuneration or Employee Contact Details reports. This is really helpful information when we are completing our yearly reviews / promotions. Thanks

Still no report with a Job Title field. Xero - please - this is bare bones reporting. Surely you can add this column to one of the existing standard reports? Pretty please :)

Several employees have requested that their job titles be included on their payslips for visa purposes. It is extremely disappointing that a software, which has recently increased its subscription fees, has not enhanced its features since 2022. This situation is unacceptable.

I can see that this request was made in 2022 and we are now in 2024. I think xero really needs to up their game when it comes to payroll functionality.
Ive had other requested for payroll - and all have gone unnoticed.
Come on Xero lets work on the Payroll function - MYOB are winning the race on this one. -

The Global version of Xero is very scant with the general HR information that can be inputted. As non-financial fields I would think it should be easy enough to add those fields in the Global version that are pretty much universal.

We are looking to run a payroll report that covers all employees details such as annual remuneration; start date and job titles, basically if can covers the employee card details, that would be great to review the organisation structure. The Employee Remuneration report is pretty close but it doesn't covers the employee job title.

To be able to pull a report that has employee Job Title. None of the current reports include job title in them. Adding job title would probably best fit in the Payroll Employee Summary report so you can easily see how employees with the same job title compare in terms of pay.
