An employee is in charge of paying our foreign supplier accounts. So we gave him the role "Invoice only (Approve and Pay). Unfortunately, he is not able to see a full statement of the supplier account with all invoices, credit notes and payments made so he does not know how much is owed. He is also unable to enter payments against a supplier without an invoice already existing in Xero, which is an issue when making payments to suppliers who require payment in advance. We cannot grant him full access to see bank details because if we did he would see salary amounts paid to other employees which we are required to keep confidential. Either we need more flexibility with this role or else we need the ability to hide specific bank accounts from roles or specific users.
