Agree, this has taken me hrs to search and find there is still no such report available. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Currently a time consuming process, prone to error. Available in Australia, please make available to NZ.

We have found this very frustrating and time consuming for employee queries and for budgeting employee costs by hours for our clients. We have had to prepare a spreadsheet and enter manually. Could you please advise when this will be available on your payroll software given the proposed price increase of your software or should we be looking at alternatives?

Yes I agree, it's frustrating. When I searched it gave me instructions - didn't realise these weren't for NZ Xero customers!!! What with the increasing price plans in September - one can hardly recommend Xero payroll anymore. This is crucial for all clients to be able to review. If it is available in other regions (not NZ) why not in NZ!!!

need this feature as it takes so much time to go back to check prior period timesheets if there are queries. Currently our auditors are asking for timesheet info going back months which is so time consuming for them to find.

Reporting on time sheets is a crucial business requirement. The cost of hourly paid staff can make up a significant portion of operating expenses. However, Xero has limitations around payroll access, which is limited to payroll admin users. Good time sheet reporting would help address issues related to limited payroll access for non-admin roles.

Timesheet/payroll reporting & tracking in payroll & inventory & permissions - sort these basics please Xero - it's getting ridiculous! Small businesses also need these functions.

Realistically, for my business, if I can't export Timesheet data, I'm going to have to stop using Xero Payroll and use a 3rd party supplier instead.

We have found that salary staff have been able to enter timesheets outside of their salary for negotiated additional hours and have not been paid for these hours and have no way to find these now without going through a YEAR of timesheets 🤦🏽‍♀️
This report is absolutely critical for the purpose of reconciling hours worked with hours paid if disputed by an employee.

Absolutely need this report - our client receives Government funding and needs to report hours and dollars by category. I don't see why it is so hard to get this information out Xero reports, considering NZ Payroll allows you to attach a category to your timesheet entry!

I support this request. Need this data for funding for private care for support workers. This is essential for this funding to be received. Crazy that we seem to have to tally them up manually in this day and age. I note that the majority of the requests are from last year - which indicate that this has not been a priority to date. Why the heck wasn't this report included in the new report roll out?!

Also the ability to filter by tracking category - get the labour costs for a particular employee for a given tracking category etc. The fact it's available elsewhere just adds to the frustration.

If the report is available in the Australian and United Kingdom version of Xero then why is it not available in NZ? A simple but critical report that should be standard.

We have to link worked hrs to client invoices and to go through every individual timesheet per month to do that is very time consuming. Especially as we know how easy it is to have, using it in our Australian business, so it would make my life a whole lot easier if we can get Timesheet summary reports in NZ
