Quotes: Do not change older quotes when client address is updated
Once a quote is sent or accepted a subsequent change to a client's address should not change the older accepted or sent quotes, they should retain the address used at the time of sending the quote. That way the quotes can be retrieved in the future and the document matches what was sent to the client at that time.
This is particularly important as quote forms part of a purchase contract and there may be instances where the original quote has to be reproduced for audit or legal reasons.
Presently if you print a quote again after a few months and the address was updated in the mean time, the generated PDF shows the updated address or client name.
An address change should only ever affect new documents or when documents are revised or edited. Never should old documents change without user intent.
