Contacts - Search inactive contacts, then be able to archive the group.
Search for inactive contacts eg. not used for 2 yrs, then archive them as a group.
Many customers use our services once, then never again. Since Hubdoc is sooooo slow to search, & one of the recommendations to counter this is archive unused contacts I have been looking into this. But when there are lots of contacts it is not possible to go through contacts individually.
Result - Hubdoc works poorly in this area but the recommended workaround is impossible to implement. PLEASE FIX HUBDOC!!
If this idea is implemented, there could also be a flag to bring up the archived contact if a new one of the same name is created.
Hi Sarah, you could run Smart List search to view customers that have not purchased an item or been invoiced within a specific time frame.
See more on this here and I've attached an example of a search in smarts lists below.

We have thousands of contacts and it is a massive time waste to archive one by one. Also, it would be useful to have the date of the last interaction with the contact so older contacts could be quickly identified for archiving. Finally, archiving should be able to be done by CSV upload.
