I did notice that if you're standing on the "Tasks & expenses" view under Projects, you have the option to mark the entire task as invoiced, which I find very helpful.

Please, please can we have a 'mark all' in the projects tab?
This would make a massive difference as my projects invariably have hundreds of lines and marking each one as invoiced is so time consuming.

Any update on this? Would really like to stop wasting so much time marking each expense individually.

Couldn't agree more, having to individually mark off every item in a project is so time consuming.

On the project tab where expenses are tracked, I have multiple items that have been delivered to a site. Currently, I have to enter every single item as invoiced. My sites have multiple units, each unit can have 20 items and every single one has to be marked as invoiced in order to gain accurate reporting. Surely, there can be a single button to mark all items as invoiced; in exactly the same way as an invoice can be attributed to a project. Please!

I see from the comments this used to be a functionality. Why take away something that works?! Please Xero reinstate this function.

I would find this handy. I find manually ticking off every individual expense as invoiced very tedious and I could be using this time for better purposes.

This is such a good idea. I have multiple items to mark as invoiced each month on several projects. At the moment, having to check each item individually is very time consuming (not to say incredibly boring).

OH MY GOODNESS YES please make this possible? Or when I generate a Tasks/Expenses invoice and then reorder the items / combine some, the link gets lost and I then need to tick everything off as invoiced...but then my reports aren't accurate.

We used to use this all the time as we have bulk listed items but charge the client as one inclusive item. Taking this feature away and forcing each to be done separately has made this cumbersome and time consuming. Please bring this option back. Why it was removed in the first place is beyond understanding.

Bulk editing invoiced status would be very helpful! So would the ability to attach individual time entries or project expenses to a specific pre-existing invoice. This would make project review at year end go a lot easier as well as would help with matching expenses with revenue. When you generically "mark as invoiced" Xero uses the day you clicked it as the invoice date, which makes it hard to track which expenses were invoiced when.

In addition, would also love to bulk or batch edit project expenses to "non-chargeable" or "percentage markup - 5%". This would also help with year end cleanup as well as invoicing.

Allow project expenses reports to have manually marked as invoiced cost amounts.

Definitely a good enhancement, started working on time and projects recently and disappointed to see that such an obviously useful function is missing.

This function would make my life so much easier!

In project records the ability to select multiple or all expenses entries (by using the existing select tick box) and bulk update 'mark as invoiced' status.
