Yes, please add serial numbers as an option to print on the depreciation schedule. Why include serial numbers if you cannot sort by them, or see them? Going through the asset register line for line to find a specific asset by serial number is really cumbersome.

I am required by regulations to include serial numbers on invoices. I am currently feeding my invoices back to Salesforce and sending from there so I can add the serial numbers before sending. Even a free text field column added to the invoice would help.

Has anyone been able to recommend an inventory serial number tracking app that integrates well with Xero?

One of the reasons I signed up for Xero was that I was told it had serial number tracking for stock, but I was misinformed. I am surprised something like this is not readily available in Xero. I am sure there is a market for this, and the only one I can see is 'Unleashed', but it is only designed for Mid to Large businesses, and the prices reflect that, which does not help me as I am new business. Hopefully, Xero is looking at this as an option. In the meantime, would anyone be able to recommend an inventory serial number tracking app? Thanks
