Having access to statements in the Xero mobile phone app was the quickest way that I had found to send a screenshot of a customer statement to a mobile phone. It used to be a very effective way of prompting customers to pay overdue invoices, especially those who are busy, and do not always have time to check and manage their emails. It used to improve my cashflow, and I could get it done anywhere, anytime.

I Spend most of my day interacting with customer face to face, and using Xero via the Mobile APP.
Being able to send a Statement to a customer via the APP is a critical business requirement -

To me Xero is all about being able to respond to requests quickly. Answering requests for customer statements is very important to me while using the app.

Lots of our clients se the mobile app for invoices and therefore it needs to be a function where they can send statements too.
