Xero to implement at the employee level the ability to switch off or archive leave accounts
Background
We have a client whose employees sometimes change their role from Salaried to Waged. Accordingly, the leave accrual changes from a set amount of hours/days per month to one based on hours worked.

Upon a change of role, a new leave account needs to be created - which, of course, leads to two leave accounts on the employee's record and their payslips. However, more often than not, this is a permanent change so the old leave account no longer needs to be displayed. At the employee level, there is no option to switch off or archive the redundant account. The only option is to change the Payroll Settings, but this then would affect all the employees
