I would also find this very useful. Our Tool we use for manging our tickets and creating Invoices has a very nice presentation of invoices. Breaking up what it is charging into areas (group headings). this would make reading the invoice with everything in it, easier to understand. Adding the easy way pay to the email would be terrific.
