Management report - Full Year forecast Report
In the old Xero reports as part of the management report, it was possible to run a report that showed month by month actuals for the FY to date then the budget month by the month for the rest of the financial year to give a full year forecast.
However, in the new Xero reports, this functionality has gone. Try and write my own report but the dates don't update automatically regardless of the reporting date you select (as confirmed by a Xero specialist)
So I can write a report that shows 4 columns - Jan - Apr actuals, then May - December budget and a total. BUT this can be run each month unless I re-write the report.
This is a fundamental report for businesses looking ahead and needs to be replicated in the new reports.

This used to be available in the old style management report and was a massively useful report for us too. But when they moved to the new reporting, that report got unceremoniously dumped!

I would like a report that shows year to date by month where you could choose the end date and also the option as outlined above where you can choose to include budgets for the remaining month.
