Customer statements - A tick box for when statements have been sent
When a statement is sent to customers it would be great if there was a tick or "sent" next to the customer details in the statements section. At the moment i tick the "send me a copy" box. But i am always having to go back to my emails to check or manually writing down who has been sent statements.

Customer statements sent to be included on the contact record.
Currently i can see that a statement was sent on the history and notes of the files tab in a customer record but would be great if i could see the statement that was sent to the customer maybe by clicking on link from the history and notes tab or by having a separate tab for "credit control" or "statements" within a customer contact or taking it one step further a "communications" tabs in a customer record that lists all e-mails sent from within xero to the customer, with hyper links to open any attachments sent.I can tick to include my e-mail address for statements sent but would be easier if all accounts information was in Xero and not split between e-mail application.

Please consider this. Would help with time efficiency as we already have capability in invoice section, especially when customers have emailing and printing as preferred options.

Seconding this idea. Great idea as we need to be able to quickly determine when a customer has been sent a statement. Especially when they claim they haven’t received a statement when being chased for payment.

You used to be able to see 'statement sent' in the clients card file, that feature has gone, WHY?

Seconding this. The data is already there in the contact history, so it is tracked by Xero. To expand on your idea, I would love to see an additional column on the 'Send Statements' screen showing date last sent.
