can we please have a way of updating pay items in bulk
when items are imported via a different pay system the W1 area is not updated
and to do 100 items takes so much time as they have to be one indivually.
other items can be exported, updated and then imported back

Not sure how this has not been done before as every year in July award pay rates are increased and it is very painful to update these pay codes line by line. We use the fitness industry award and have codes for 7 different levels for 3 types of work status and ages from 16 to adult. Thats hundreds of codes
Bulk uploads will be so much easier and quicker
We use another program that intergrates with Xero for our timesheets but we still need to have these pay items available when we need to make adjustments to pay rates on timesheets or fix errors. Manually entering these into Xero should have an option to upload in bulk -

Request for a tick off button box for pay items where we can tick off the box of pay items that we need to archived and inactivate at once instead of going to each item one by one and right clicking the inactivate menu
