When reviewing a clients or junior staff's work it would be helpful to have a report that shows the source data from the bank statement along with the description and contact entered and the account code it was reconciled to.
The bank statement report of the bank reconciliation report shows the source bank detail, shows that the line has been reconciled but not the account it went to....
The account transactions report, you can select 'related account' but the description and reference are what was entered at the bank rec stage rather than the underlying bank data lines
The general ledger report shows where the transaction went but shows the entered description not the source line from the bank.
A version of the "uncoded statement lines" report that showed coded statement lines and the account code it was coded to would solve the problem.
A report that shows the original bank data line entry and the account it has been coded to in Xero would be very helpful for a reviewer.
