There is a general option under organisational settings to choose the email that everything else in Xero is sent from, so why is that setting not used for payslips?

It appears to me to be more of a fault to fix than a suggested improvement.

I wonder how many users don't realise that payslips are sent from the operators email rather than the organisation email?

We currently have a limitation to fully exploring Xero Me in that for an approver to be delegated as approving leave/time sheets, any notifications will go to their personal email address.

We would like to implement Xero Me, but would like staff accessing it through their work email, not personal email so any approval emails are going straight to a work email address.

The issue is that we intend to continue emailing payslips as good practise (and because of the ease of doing it in Xero), but these would be required to go to staff's personal emails for perpetual access upon employment termination.

To clarify, I propose that their should be access to add separate email addresses for Xero Me access to the email address that would be used for emailing payslips.

I keep getting emails from clients employees as they get my email from the payslips...no matter how often I tell them to send ALL enquiries to our payroll@ email!!! Miss so much info and I tend to not check my own email address as it gets too much **** delivered from all the programs we use so information gets missed.

Freedom to choose or integrate email address is very important and equally critical as why should be show to our partners or vendors and/or employees what application we are using for book keeping. Moreover, when invoices and payslips are sent using company email, it creates completely different impression.
