Just a heads-up that this community is for suggestions for future improvements of Xero, rather than for asking for help.
If you need help with using Xero, please raise a case with our Support team, but for this type of query we'd usually suggest contacting your accounting adviser to discuss how they would want to see this recorded - especially as it'll have tax and reporting implications.
