It is very difficult to run controls in the current format i.e. I need to group wages, COS etc. to determine whether we need to add adjustments

It would be helpful to have the option of extracting the short-term cash flow projections into a pdf or excel spreadsheet.

Analytics Plus has brilliant functionality, but we need to be able to produce reports for management and not rely on 'screen-shots' which look very unprofessional.

This is frustrating and makes us look a little unprofessional. What a great feature for cashflow forecasting, its exactly what i need but I have to print to PDF and it does not look good at all

Totally agree. Updated my Xero package to get this feature but it only has half the functionality as you can't export either the cashflow or the business snapshot.
Come on Xero - please listen to your loyal subscribers.

I agree with previous comments that to upload the cash flow statement to an Excel file is essential to manage the cash flow. The most of the cash flow projections incorporate goods in production and goods to be purchased and paid in the future. Excel file will be a great tool to incorporate to overall mid-term projections

I agree that this is vital for presentational purposes and to provide the basis for extending the cash forecast further than 90 days. It's really disappointing that Xero haven't provided this and makes what could be a great function useless.

It seems to be a trend amongst software developers to assume that people want to see dashboard charts rather than a regular spreadsheet report. I don't think this reflects most users real life requirements. It is easy enough to turn a report into a chart if you want to but pretty impossible to turn a chart into a report.

For me to add this feature to some clients being able to share the information with them is essential. I think the short term cashflow would be really useful for some of my clients but feel that until I can export the data table and present the data to them so we can check easily, there is no point in me using this feature for clients until then.

It would be really helpful to be able to print out or save as pdf the cash flow analysis, so that it is easy to check what is included an spot if there are any significant items missing. Can this be done at present, and if so, how?

Base lining the forecast and even business snapshot feels like a very important feature that would also help instill confidence in the forecast - i.e. 60 / 90 days out accuracy. How that's done in terms of print of export probably does not matter too much however, it does feel really helpful and important.

The functionality and use of the report definitely lends itself to needing to be exported or printed. Whilst there doesn't seem to be a lot of action of this thread, I think a lot of people would make use of this. In particular when we are being asked to subscribe as an add on to this service.

I am loving the Business snapshot report, I would love to include it in our monthly report pack BUT when I print the quality is poor. Can we please look at adding an option to export to PDF like the other reports?

I agree! I have clients asking for this information in a printable format.

Analytics plus - please include print option for short term cashflow

In Analytics Plus you are not able to print out the Short-term cash flow projection. Printing out this screen in a presentable format would be appreciated and save on time.
