DOCX - Show CIS after subtotal
CIS Deductions need to show at the bottom of the invoice on advanced invoice templates as seen on the standard invoice template.

Agreed, I raised this issue a long time ago and nothing has changed. It looks unprofessional when done on the standard template.
Rather than spending time implementing changes to the dashboard, I'm sure we'd all rather this issue were resolved. -

Maybe this item isn't get enough votes because poeple are leaving Xero and moving onto QuickBooks who already have this feature!!!!!
Common Xero! Start competing with the market and give your current customers what they need and request!! No more excuses!

I had a response back yesterday saying "Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the request will be implemented any time soon as there has been no update to the status of the idea. We recommend sharing your feedback and voting on the idea to help." really disappointing

What is the status of implementing CIS payments into templates?

agree, this has lost us money in the past when people don't see it and then double deduct and refuse to pay the extra! the logic is there for the standard template i don't see why this isn't on the custom templates!!

Absolutely essential this is implemented as clients are requesting to see this on the Invoice or they refuse to accept the invoice meaning we have to redo the invoice in the standard template. Causes extra work.

This is definitely something that needs to change. It looks unprofessional being shown as a line item and not as a subtotal relating to tax. The classic invoice templates worked correctly, why was this not carried forward when classic invoicing was replaced?

I know the CIS deduction requests have been going for a while, I found an article from 2020, https://central.xero.com/s/question/0D51N000051t5kcSAA/what-is-the-field-code-name-for-the-less-cis-deduction, Is this being worked on yet? It's only been 5 years but I'm hoping you're close to a solution!!

Come on Xero, this is a simple fix, please show the CIS as a Subtotal when using DOCX Advanced Invoices.
All other accounting software supports this correctly, please sort it.

Please implement this change. We should be able to use our docx file with the CIS layout as it appears on the standard template with the other totals, not as a line item.
As others have stated we have spent a lot of time creating custom invoices with the professional layout we require. The standard invoice template is untidy and looks unprofessional.
Thank you -

We too need this essential information for our industry. A custom template is not much use if it can't even match the standard invoice... We have wasted a lot of time creating a besopke invoice and now can't actually use it.
Please implement this change, thanks in advance.

I agree that it is vitally needed to show the CIS deduction on the DOCX invoice template. I can't believe this is not possible. We need to have a custom template to add a certification logo to the bottom of our invoices etc, but now we have the issue that the CIS is not shown. Very disappointed in Xero.

This is crucial for our client, they need the advanced invoice to show the delivery address and CIS is a part of their industry on a frequent basis.
Competing software's such as Sage online can accommodate this.
