New Invoicing | Send - Copy & paste multiple emails into the To field
When sending a new invoice to a client with multiple contacts, I find the most recent invoice relevant to the current project and copy the email details from the History and Notes entry for the action Invoice Sent.
If there is more than one email address, the old invoicing used to recognise that a comma separated the email addresses. I could paste that into the 'To' box without issue.
BUT IN THE NEW INVOICING, I get an error message when pasting multiple emails into the 'To' box: "One or more email addresses are invalid."
This means that I have to copy and paste each email address separately, which is fine if I'm only doing this once. Over multiple invoices, it gets very frustrating.
Can the new invoicing recognise that a comma between email address means that there is more than one? Or can the History and Notes formatting be changed in such a way that copying and pasting will work with the new invoicing?

commented1. would be great if can we separate the email by , or ; ... instead of copy the email address 1 by1 and press enter to insert a new email. its wasting a lot of time. as we can just copy a bunch of email and paste to cc column
 eg: xx@gmail.com, bb@gmail.com, dd@gmail.com
as i have tried to do it, but it just didnt work (attached with screenshot)2. also please allow us to input cc & bcc when we select a few inv for email

commentedThe inability to copy and paste multiple email addresses at once is extremely frustrating and time consuming when dealing with over 100 invoices a day. In addition, once you add a number of addresses, xero sometimes deletes them and reverts back to the email address saved on the client account.

commentedWhen I'm in the email invoice page, there's no way for me to copy the email address. I can't hightlight the email address or right click on it. I also cannot edit the email address. Sometimes instead of sending to the default invoices@company.com I want to send to john@company.com but I don't want to change the default email address on the contact and I don't want to have to type out the email address (and potentially have mistypes).

commentedWhy can we no longer copy email addresses from the Sales invoice information? The old Xero allowed us to do this...

commentedI often create a new invoice created from a previous month's one, and it is then needed to be emailed to multiple people. Could you ensure that I can highlight and copy/paste ALL the email addresses an invoice is to go to, as I often have to send an accompanying email to all recipients, but can no longer just copy and paste the email addresses from Xero into an email.

commentedThe new Xero invoicing system has introduced some inconveniences: - We can no longer paste a list of recipient emails separated by commas; now, each email must be added individually. This is time-consuming when there are multiple recipients. - The attachment tab is bulky and poorly positioned on the screen. It worked much better as a small pop-up in the top left corner. Adding a large number of files now feels overwhelming.
