When selecting a contact name it would be nice if it displayed more of the name or if dropdown could be widened. Reason being, we have a number of clients whose names appear the same but have different regional offices and it therefore becomes trial & error as to which one to select as we cannot see the full details until after selection of the contact.

Yes! Why do we need to Edit the contact to be able to see the additional contacts for this business. Also when we email to the contact - only the first contact comes up, so if the first contact is accounts receivable, when you need to send them a purchase order, you have to open the contact, edit it to find what their email is, so you can type it in! Not a simple process, for something that should be!

Some of our customers have different contacts for different reasons.
One email to send invoices to and a different email to send invoice reminders. It would be very helpful to see this information without having to "edit" the contact record.

I am not sure why we need to 'edit' the contact information to view more information such as 'additional contacts' etc. I would like to view the contacts details without having to edit it.

We have a lot of contacts that have additional people attached to them. Currently the only way to see the additional people is to client Edit contact.

We should be able to see the additional people under the contact details summary list.

I would like to view all contacts for a company on the contacts screen.
For example, if I have to email an invoice to more than one person, I have to press Edit to view the additional contact details on the screen.

When you are sending information out to multiple accounts, this is very time consuming.
