Custom Reports - Include Balance sheet accounts to report movements
Hey - when making a custom report it would be really useful to be able to show the movement in balance sheet codes. For example, when preparing our month end summary we can't bring in the capitalised wages cost automatically because it brings in the cumulative balance, rather than the balance for the period. To be honest it's crazy to me that this doesn't exist, but would be great if it could!

Being open, we don't have any current plans for changing the Custom report behaviour but we'll continue to track the interest through your idea here and will update if there is any changes to share.

It would be useful to create truly custom reports than allow for balance sheet and income statement reporting. For example a year-to-date income statement can be structured differently to fit custom reporting needs, but it's not possible to include balance sheet balances or net activity on the same page.
