CIS Monthly Return - To include material only bills
Material only bills to be included on the CIS monthly return report to make it easier to reconcile the CIS materials nominal code to the report, confirming that all invoices have been included in the report.

We've had a check by HMRC and it was flagged for this very reason. Materials were not being reported via our submissions on Xero. Xero this is critical pls look to correct this reporting error.

Materials only CIS payments make up part of the annual payments and should be shown on the reports
