Copy COMPLETE invoice - all the details.
If you want to copy the complete invoice - contact, date, due date, etc - everything, this can be done . With an existing invoice open, click the contact name in the invoice, click the contact name again ( of course). The Activity Tab is active . To the right of each invoice line is a double box for copy. Click this to get a full copy of the invoice. This also works in Bills.

Except it doesn't quite do that.
It only copies line items that have an amount or something further than just a description on the line. (I use the description field as an extra line of detail under each charge - but only the description box is filled in - this will not copy over, using this method). The only way to properly copy over is to 'add contact's last items'.
