band rules show more detail in list
Show more detail in the list of bank rules so that we can delete old rules more easily which also assists in being able to make old chart of accounts able to be archived. A list of rules that shows the contact name and most importantly the account name would be beneficial rather than just a list of rules showing the name of the rule.
