print to Xero bills
Ability to have a Xero Printer installed on the computer and can choose that printer when a bill is presented via email or on a vendor website. So you'd choose to print (rather than save as PDF) on the bill and the printer is called XERO BILLS PRINTER and you print directly into Xero bills - no downloading and uploading or downloading and emailing.
I know there are many options to get bills in Xero and I am most appreciative of that; but they are all similar in some ways - uploading and emailing only - whether it be direct to Xero or through Hubdoc. Most of my utility bills I have to retrieve from the utility website which I can choose to download or print the document. We have 15 locations with several of them having 3 or more utilities to pay - so we have a fair amount of just utility bills that fit this scenario. Currently I download and then upload into Xero Bills and then I delete the download from my computer. Whereas if I could just print to Xero Bills then I would cut out three steps!!!! Thanks!
