AU Payroll - Schedule superannuation payments
Add in ability to forward date when a superannuation payment is processed. I would like to submit the authority when I review the monthly super but have the payment not made until it is actually due, which would be a date in the future that I enter.

timesheet - indicate public holidays + add radio buttons selection for:
1. pay as normal (public holiday)
2. worked holiday + entitled to 1.5 pay + day time in lieu

UK Timesheets: Shortcut to previous timesheet period
When entering the weekly timesheet for employees (they complete it on a sheet and I enter last week's hours on Xero), you have to go back to Timesheets where it shows this week's timesheet and you have to scroll down to last week.
Please can Xero create a path at the top where you can click on the timesheet week you are working on? At the moment you can only click on the blue 'Timesheets' which take you back to this week and not last week or the week you working on.

Ability to record an annual shutdown leave.
Purpose: Ability for Payroll admins to easily record annual shutdown leave when they need to make a calculation around separating employee’s anniversary dates and start dates.

AU Payroll - Ability to pay an overseas foreign resident employee
we will have an overseas employee (from NZ) joining our australian company. In payroll I can put under Taxes the status Foreign Resident but not his address in NZ. I find this very restrictive to only be able to choose a State in Aus and no overseas addresses. Anybody an idea how to circumnavigate this without having to find some additional app to connect with Xero as was suggested by Xero Support.

NZ Payroll - Option to upload employee IRD numbers
When setting up Xero payroll, have the option of uploading tax information (IRD number, tax code etc.), as currently needs to be done individually.

AU Payroll - Full data import for Employees
Enable full data import from external data source (say CSV) for all emplolyee data not just basic data. That would allow organisations with more staff to easily migrate to XERO without having to manually re-enter significant volumes of data.

NZ Payroll: Generate and send payslips before posting pay run
Ability to email payslip before the pay run is posted. This way the employee can come back to the pay clerk with any feedback on hours or allowances before the pay run is completed and filed through to myir. The reduces the need to revert the pay run before the "final" posting and payment made to employees. Reverting the pay run impacts on IRD when IRD have begun their processing as they have to do a manual amendment to pick up any changes once the pay run is re-posted. UK Payroll - PAYE payment date set
Add a date option on the Taxes and Filings tab to add the PAYE payment date. This would easily show if the payment has already been set in advance without having to log into internet banking to double check.

UK Payroll - Access to communal time off calendar for employees
UK Payroll- Access to a communal time off calendar for all employees.
As a smaller business we try to have one employee off at a time where possible- it would be hugely useful if they could access a shared leave calendar in the same place as they request leave & submit timesheets from. This would pull data from my admin overview calendar and stop me having to create external calendar in iOS and another in android which leads to missing data etc and wasted holiday requests. NZ Payroll - Support for voluntary employer Kiwisaver contributions
With the current financial climate, employees are suspending their KiwiSaver contributions. The Inland Revenue (IR) allows the Employer to continue with the company's contribution voluntarily.
At this stage, it is not 'officially' possible for the employer to contribute to KiwiSaver if the employee is on a Savings Suspension in Xero.The employee is on a Savings suspension, then the company cannot contribute either. Also, when on a savings suspension Xero requires an expiry date, IR does not always provide a date; instead, advising us when to recommence the KiwiSaver.

AU Payroll - Support for overseas employees taxed as AU residents
Can we please add an ability to add a new employee who is still an "Australian Resident for Taxation Purposes" but residing overseas for twelve months? Can't presently add an international address.

NZ Payroll - Automatically calculate four-weekly ordinary hours
At the moment Xero Payroll calculates OWE by using information from the pay template only. Xero Payroll also recommends use of minimum hours as best practice, and allowing the hourly rate to lift if the average is higher than minimum hours. Works well. However, many employees have minimum hours and work more hours regularly, but they don't always work the same number, they might have periods of more work, and other periods of less. UK Payroll - Individual Payslip PDF file name should default to the person's name
When downloading the individual payslip it would be nice if the PDF would say the persons name rather than the default filename of Payslip (1) etc

Timesheets: Allow non-employees to submit timesheets for reimbursement
I think it would be great to have a submit for approval option in timesheets on the web version just like you can with invoices and bills. I am a third party bookkeeper and therefore Xero Me isn't really an option because, I am not an employee so I can't really use Xero me and if a timesheet is submitted by an employee, it has to be sent to me for approval for editing to ensure it comes through to payroll correctly for processing as an approved timesheet cannot be edited in payroll.
