IRD has $ for 3 provisional tax payment dates, however the Tax Payments listing only shows the next provisional tax payment due and misses the 2nd and 3rd ones until the date of each provisional tax payment has passed. It would be more accurate to have all tax payments showing on their due date regardless of the date of viewing.

  3. A section in Tax on XPM it notifies you that an ITR doesn't have bank account details entered before filing.
    This will help solve the issue of filing tax returns with missing client bank accounts for refunds.

  4. We would like to be able to run a listing of physical payments made to IRD by clients over a date range that shows the client name, IRD number, payment date recorded by IRD, tax type and the tax period/year that it was applied to.

    This would enable us to easily identify when clients pay tax to the wrong period.

We have many individual clients who don't have a company or trust etc. Can there be a salutations field that can be used specifically for addressing them in invoices and tax letters that doesn't affect where they stand in the alphabetical order of things? If we update their display name, all of those clients would be under 'M' for Miss, Mrs, Ms or Mr rather that their first or last name which then throws reporting if you're looking for someone in particular in a list of people.   6. With Xero Ask queries you specify a due date but if the query is not replied to there is no reminder sent to the client once the date has passed.

    Can we please have reminders automatically sent, much in the same way invoice reminders are sent.

  8. It would be very helpful if there was a way to produce a Taxable Payments Annual Report via Xero Tax. I have a couple of clients that are a large construction company, that uses SAP for its accounting. This is not SBR enabled, and does not produce a .tpar file in the format required for lodgement with the ATO. Currently they provide an excel, which has to be transcribed onto the ATO portal. It would be great if we could upload a csv to produce the necessary report and lodge via Xero Tax, and save us significant time.

  9. Xero Tax (UK) Ability to bring across more than 30 Fixed Assets.
    I am really disappointed to find that after entering the Fixed Asset details into the register, Xero Tax only brings across 30. Can this be looked at as manual entry could be time consuming!

  11. Why is Xero Analytics and Analytics Plus not available for Xero partners within Xero HQ? Is this currently in consideration because it would be extremely useful to promote to existing clients who are currently using other BI tools that have no API connectivity with Xero and making the financial analysis process much more complex than it should be?

When using the group address update, for example, it does not register as a change to all group entities and thus does not push the change for all entities across to integrated programs (such as Xero and HowNow). It is only the individually changed client that gets updated. Can this be fixed so the group update also registers as an update for the rest of the group entities?

  13. It would be useful to have the ability to mark a document pack as complete even if some of the signatures are missing.

    We have had occasions where trustees refuse to sign via document packs after the clients have already signed. We then have to print the partially signed documents and send hard copies for trustees to sign.

    This leaves the document pack incomplete. The only option available is to cancel the pack, not ideal The ability to mark the pack as complete would be a great addition.

  15. HUBDOC Sorting Alphabetical Feature needed PLEASE. Wishing to request an extra sort option under the "Sort by" button above the "Processing", "Review", "Failed", "Archived" tabs. Currently we have "Upload Date", "Bill Date", "Due Date" & "Amount" options. We create a statements folder for each month and when we're trying to check off the statements with whats in Xero report that is sorted by alphabetical order it would be practical.   16. In Xero Tax, you should be able to change the name format for all directors even if they've been appointed after the Accounts Year End. Currently if you've changed the name format for directors previously from 'SURNAME, Name' to 'Name Surname' when a new director is appointed post year end, they are brought into the company information page with 'SURNAME Name' format and there is no ability to change the format to 'Name Surname' to match the others so you then need to change the other directors to 'SURNAME Name' format to match.   17. A way to post partially dormant accounts when moving from trading to dormant within a tax year. Currently in Xero Tax, you'd have to choose between the options 'Active throughout part of the period for corporation tax purposes' where you can only choose when the company started trading. The other option you could select is 'Dormant throughout the period for corporation tax purposes' and then choose the option 'Company has traded in previous period, tax return is required'.

  19. Set the demo company as the first company seen on log-in, or be able to set which one you want to see.

    I often use my laptop when speaking with clients and for a split second after logging-in I am on another clients business dashboard until I can grab the mouse and change it to their business. I don't think this is good business practice.

  20. Currently only able to raise progress job invoice in client. abilitiy to raise both progress and final invoice would be better than having to go to invoicing to raise final invoice.
