  1. add overpayments to the filter feature so that these can excluded - this is especially helpful when transactions are posted to overpayments whilst awaiting o/bs from last year, so we don't want it to affect amounts due for bills/invoices being posted for the current FY

  2. Report Packs had the facility to add Bank Statements to it, but the new Reporting Templates does not support this. It would be really handy to have this as a template, as we roll it out across many of our clients

  3. As there are a few Annual Accounts/ Financials reports that are being retired, it would help to be able see a list of our clients that we are using the reports that are to be retired. It is not feasible to physically check each client when you have hundreds of them.

Reporting - it would be helpful if it was possible to draw supplier bills that have been assigned to a customer with the relevant customer invoice to compare raw figures of income against cost of sales. At the moment this is not possible. My CEO regularly asks for the info between COS and invoice amount. I am currently trawling through 50 invoices over a 2 month period for one supplier.

  5. When I go into Customers and drill down, I like to be able to see the layout that invoices and bills are shown separately and I can select which one I want to view. This will no longer be the case with the new report formats. Is there any conversation that this could be requested? Thank you

  6. Exported Client List - Include Partner Edition Subscriptions (e.g. Ledger) in export of client list to csv file. This helps us to review our current ledger subscriptions and ensure we are not unnecessarily subscribed.

  8. When viewing bills/invoices under a contact, can the 'bill created', 'bill approved' and 'bill paid' icons be different colours please? :)

  11. I'd like the ability to restrict who can see documents in Xero sign within the practice - then we can use it for all documents that need signing, including Staff contracts and other sensitive information that we don't necessarily want the whole team to be able to view.

  12. It would be so much better to be able to publish a GST return with the ability to alphabetically list the Account names so all transactions can be presented grouped by the same account code. Then the client can easily review their audit report and identify transactions in the wrong account code.

  14. Would be nice for a client to have access to all queries from accountancy practice directly in Xero, instead of following links from emails. Quite often the client does not notice those emails or ignore it. It would be more convenient to log in to Xero, go to outstanding queries and complete those.

  15. Enable a Bank account to be created when the Chart of Accounts we have created in HQ is imported. Currently, this is not possible. All Bank accounts in the COA need to be changed to Current Assets, and then in the newly created Xero Blue organisation file, the "Bank" accounts have to be deleted and created again! Very annoying. The overall process is great, but this is annoying. We have many bank accounts in our various standard chart of accounts. I want to include the bank accounts so that my staff know the account numbers to use when they set…

  16. I'm being advised My Xero will be being replaced with Xero HQ. As an admin, one of my key roles is to grant user access. I like to confirm the access by sending/responding to the request with an email. In My Xero, I copy the name of the entity, and it's associated hyperlink, into my response email. When I do this in Xero HQ, there is no hyperlink associated with the entity name which means I need to navigate to the entity, grab the URL and hyperlink it manually.

When setting up a new client in Xero, it would be great if we could select from a drop-down list the chart of accounts that we need instead of Xero automatically assigning one as we have found that it is assigning the wrong COA to the entities that we are creating. As an example - we have set up a Trust but have been given the COA for a Sole Trader. If we could have selected the Trust COA from a drop-down list, I believe it would give us a more accurate COA without the need to do so much…

  19. When changing organisations, it would be great to see more than five.

    Suggest you show them all so we can scroll until we find the one one want, not just rely on using the search to type in the name of the organisation, if it doesn't appear in the current list of five
