  1. Have a master overview of Xero accounts from different offices.
    The offices administrators staff level can only see their own Xero clients unless added to the master overall practice.

Very disappointed to hear that you haven't considered how the new reporting standards for Tier 3 entities is going to effect the reporting templates i.e. the requirement to split grants into multiple sub-categories, which is only one area of the new reporting standards that needs to be expanded.
    Would you be able to make this a high priority for the product team and provide a reasonable timeframe as to when this will be considered for further development as obviously we need to meet our obligations and your reporting mapping is no longer going to make this easy for us given…

  3. On the Employee Contact Details report it would be great to have a column to show the termination date and reason for termination. Being able to sort by termination date range eg last quarter would be beneficial to assist with preparing the long service leave reports. The termination date and reason needs to be included in the report. Having a summary of the information from Xero would be beneficial for all.

  4. Why does the Styled PDF report not show the ABN?
    I thought it was supposed to look the same as if it was published but having to publish it
    i.e. I would like to review what the report will look like before it is published.

    Can this be updated please - before are anymore financials are published without ABNs!

  5. Xero HQ should include a feature called ‘Chart of Report Codes,’ functioning similarly to the Chart of Accounts in Go Xero. This feature would allow Advisors to define and customise Report Codes themseves, rather than relying on Xero's predefined Report Codes, as they possess a deeper understanding of their clients' accounts than Xero. Consequently, Advisors could generate diverse Management Report Pack templates based on different sets of Report Codes configurations to accommodate diverse industries.

  6. When we search for a client in HQ, can it please also search Organisation (Display) Name and Trading/Legal Name. This would make it make easier when clients go by their trading names and we need to use legal name. Thank you

  7. We occasionally have issues when transferring Xero subscriptions with the notification being missed by the other party. Is it possible for the subscriber to receive an email when the transfer period is due to expire and the other party has not accepted?

  11. We would love a client report showing the Industry as it is in the Xero Organisation Settings.

    Currently the report gives the Main Industry classification but not the Sub Category.

    For Example the HQ report would show a company industry is Construction but actually the company provides Electrical Services and there is no report to get this detail of all the clients.

  12. It would be useful if Xero could show when a subcontractor is verified with HMRC, due to the two year verification rule.

    If the date of verification could be shown on a report that would be great, then it would be easy to identify if a re-verification is required.

  13. Document packs. Signers contact details and email addresses should be accessed from Contact details already stored for the client. At present they have to be located and copied manually when adding a signer to a document

  14. It would be extremely useful if the Account Transactions download included the description that is entered into the invoice posting. Currently the download description is simply the contact name plus the transaction type. Also please can the download also include Quantity. It isn't easy to produce a report that shows sales in a particular unit of measure which covers all transaction types. For example the Receivable Invoice Detail report does show quantities, but this does not include Receive Money transactions (where a sales invoice has not been posted)

  15. I’d like to suggest adding an automated feature for populating dates in the Company Minutes, using the reporting date as a reference. This would eliminate the need to manually update dates throughout the document, saving time and reducing errors.

  17. In the list of client files, an indicator or percentage to show the portion of bank transactions allocated by bank rules to identify client files which can be optimised and more efficient by automation and bank rules.

    If client files can then be sort by the indicator to then extract a list for action.

    In xero files, for each transaction recorded by a rule could there be an indicator (ie "rule applied") to differentiate transactions manually recorded and recorded via a bank rule.

  18. When clients have not provided the required receipts to complete bookkeeping, I always have to generate a list of expenses they need to support.
    Rather than going to the "Bank Statements" highlighting, copying, pasting unicode text to excel and filtering out "reconciled" items, I would like to just click an "export list" button from the "Reconcile" screen and have it generate the list of transactions remaining.

  20. If you update the report code mapping on a report template and save it as a draft, the changes won't reflect on the draft template in the client’s organisation.

    You either need to remove the report from your template and add it again, or run a fresh template in the client organisation.

    Above the answer for my problem - such an obvious issue, surely Xero, you can sort this out without waiting for folks to vote on it !!
