  1. Would be great to have an option for clients to bulk sign a document pack e.g. similar to Docusign where multiple pdf's are treated as one document.

    At the moment, if there was a document pack with 15 BAS's, the client would have to click into the individual document, click the signature boxes and click to confirm signature. They then have to click into the next document and repeat the same process another 14 times.

    Would be good to have a feature/option we can select when sending out the document, so the client can sign the documents in bulk.

  3. Enable a Bank account to be created when the Chart of Accounts we have created in HQ is imported. Currently, this is not possible. All Bank accounts in the COA need to be changed to Current Assets, and then in the newly created Xero Blue organisation file, the "Bank" accounts have to be deleted and created again! Very annoying. The overall process is great, but this is annoying. We have many bank accounts in our various standard chart of accounts. I want to include the bank accounts so that my staff know the account numbers to use when they set…

  4. When you have multiple companies using Xero and utilise the function to approve bills in Xero for audit tracking purposes you need a way to view the number of bills "Awaiting approval" in all of the companies in one place.

    It is very time consuming to open each company individually in order to confirm that there are bills that need approval.

  6. It would be really helpful if I was able to produce a report showing our clients Xero Subscription and a change history showing a clients subscription has been changed from what to what and when the change took place.

  8. It would be good if document packs that are complete can be ticked so staff can note that the completed document pack has been dealt with ie financial statements etc downloaded. Then we can see what completed document packs still need to be sorted out on our admin end.

  10. Partner Status - recently we handed over some Xero subscriptions to our clients to pay directly. Instead of gaining extra points for our Xero status, our points have gone down. I'd like to be able to see under each partner points section a dropdown menu of the client names and points per client. This will also help me keep on top of our Xero recharges in case a client moves from one tier to another.

  11. Xero HQ report templates overwrite the order of accounts to alphabetical when accessed at a client. The report templates are in the correct part of the financial statement for the client, but then it defaults to alphabetical order. This requires you to change the order for each client, even though it was done at the HQ level.

  12. Please add a column in Xero HQ, not unlike "unreconciled items" that notes the STP status of connected Xero organisations. Options to flag in this column are "STP 2 not setup", "[Year] Finalisation outstanding".

  13. When requesting a transfer of the subscription, display a list of current users so that one can be "ticked" / selected as the receipient. As generally these are the clients anyway.
    This would ensure correct details, as the user name and email address is already in Xero.

  17. Improve the look of the client signatures on document packs. Particularly with the financial statements, it includes a date and a name but this already is present on the document.

    If we could have different elements for name, signature and date that would make it look clearer.

  18. If you create a report in the custom tab rather than the adviser tab in error, it would be good to be able to either lock it so it has as restricted access to that custom report almost as though it's password protected (ie only the creator can see for example) or have the facility for it to be moved to the adviser tab to allow it to have restricted access to advisers only.

  19. An option to have uploaded files in Ask to be added to Files. Currently have to be downloaded and then uploaded again to Files. It would be more efficient to have the option to add directly to Files

  20. Report Packs had the facility to add Bank Statements to it, but the new Reporting Templates does not support this. It would be really handy to have this as a template, as we roll it out across many of our clients
