I’d like to suggest adding an automated feature for populating dates in the Company Minutes, using the reporting date as a reference. This would eliminate the need to manually update dates throughout the document, saving time and reducing errors.

Xero HQ | Clients - Ratio of transactions allocated to bank rule
In the list of client files, an indicator or percentage to show the portion of bank transactions allocated by bank rules to identify client files which can be optimised and more efficient by automation and bank rules.
If client files can then be sort by the indicator to then extract a list for action.
In xero files, for each transaction recorded by a rule could there be an indicator (ie "rule applied") to differentiate transactions manually recorded and recorded via a bank rule.

Report templates | Draft - Changes to report code mapping in practice to flow to client org
If you update the report code mapping on a report template and save it as a draft, the changes won't reflect on the draft template in the client’s organisation.
You either need to remove the report from your template and add it again, or run a fresh template in the client organisation.

Above the answer for my problem - such an obvious issue, surely Xero, you can sort this out without waiting for folks to vote on it !!

Xero HQ - Ability to bulk Accept Subscription Transfers
Ability to bulk Accept Subscription Transfers- when accepting transfers or converting clients in bulk from QBO or QBD the ability to bulk accept the organization under the firm would save significant amount of time.

Xero HQ - Shortcut for balance date
Could you please add a shortcut for the balance date in the journal section, so the accountant doesn't have to keep typing '31/3/202x' multiple times at year-end?

Reports - Add more filters to the General Ledger
General ledger,

Once generated report, pls Enable view and filter, sort the transaction by clicking specific column, enable filter in every each column drop down instead of allowing only one box to search for different categories.]- description 2

- pls enable receipt list as well in sales platform (enable filter feature for every column) It's such a hassle for me to click in every bank to view transaction. Spend money too!

Xero HQ - Set a date range for reporting
Allow the ability to set timeframes to the the reporting currently on Xero HQ.
For example to receive a quick overview of the bank reconciliations at the year end to see how much is to be reconciled and for what bank accounts.

Xero HQ Ask - Client portal to see all queries on multiple entities
A client user console with the ability for that user to log in and see queries on multiple entities rather than have to click on every email. eg. particularly useful when asking queries to a bookkeeper or financial planner on multiple different clients so that they can track all their queries in one location.

Report Templates - Stakeholder Opening Balance
Calculated Opening Balance on partner accounts (bold line), plus OB for conversion year showing on a separate line. It would be practical to merge this two, but the calculated OB line can't be merged into a group. Instead opening balances prior conversion year must be entered in an unbalanced journal - looked up manual - ok, but just unusual and I have spent too much time on contacting Xero Support and finding this solution.
Merging the two OB lines would be a much quicker way.1 vote -

Reporting - List invoices and Bills separately
When I go into Customers and drill down, I like to be able to see the layout that invoices and bills are shown separately and I can select which one I want to view. This will no longer be the case with the new report formats. Is there any conversation that this could be requested? Thank you
