Hi community, thanks for sharing how we can improve Hubdoc for your business. While we'll continue to review and consider these sort of integrations overtime, we want to open that we don't have plans to integrate Hubdoc with Onedrive at this time. If there is any change or progress to share around this, we'll return to let you all know on this idea.

commentedAs many businesses use Microsoft, it is critical that Hubdoc can sync to OneDrive. I don't understand why this is not an option, or going to be.

commentedIf this is not an option, is there away to mark the download complete in hubdoc so we can see what we have downloaded to files

commentedOnedrive is more efficient for our business use and don't have another document sharing facility due to security and litigation policies. I'm surprised that this isn't an option, nor going to be, being the majority of business using MS365.

commentedMy filing system is based on One Drive - Hubdocs inability to do this makes it obsolete for my use.

commentedIt is crazy that users of Microsoft 365, the world's most popular business system, can't save Hubdoc invoices and receipts to their cloud storage. Utterly ridiculous. come on Xero, get your act together!

commentedI've moved away from Dropbox and adopted OneDrive. As OneDrive is so prolific, I'm surprised here isn't an integration between it and Hubdoc! When I get 5 minutes I might have to explore Zapier integrations, to see if I can setup an automation protocol to auto-publish docs in Hubdoc into OneDrive via Zapier. Otherwise Xero sort it out, please make it possible to integrate between the 2 without the intermediary step. Thanks, Gayle

commentedI use a combination of OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online. Integrations with these between Xero and HubDoc would save masses amounts of time. I currently have a messy approach for Hubdoc where I email the document and then use Microsoft Flow to capture the attachments and place them in an inbox folder. I have a further flow that moves these documents into the correct locations in SharePoint or OneDrive based on their content. Cutting out the email flow would be useful so as not to fill my mailboxes.

commentedPlease add OneDrive integration to HubDoc. I currently use DextPrepare and it integrates with OneDrive that I use as a backup storage because it's a part of Office 365 for Business, but HubDoc does not seem to have such an integration. I was looking into switching from DextPrepare to HubDoc but without OneDrive integration it may not be possible.

commentedOneDrive & Office365 are both used regularly by businesses. It is critical for businesses to be able store Hubdoc documents on SharePoint/OneDrive. This has been requested by businesses since 2020 and there has been no response from Xero. An update would be very much appreciated.

commentedI've seen question around intgratiion of Hubdoc withShareFIle/OneDrive since May 2020 and it's been more than two years and we still do not have an integration of Hubdoc with SharePoint/OneDrive.
Businesses are using Microsoft O365 extensively and want the hubdoc data to be made available to them on their SharePoint. How do we support client when the integration does not even exisits. This is Critical for businesses and requires immediate action from Xero.
Looking forward for a professionaly driven response from Xero.

commentedAssist companies with setting up systems and reduce duplication is data management. Integration with Microsoft sharepoint document stores would improve all of their cross application business processes wihout dupicating steps/locations stored. Please make this a priority.

commentedI'm just adding the keyword Sharepoint to this ticket, because it mentions OneDrive, but really everyone is probably concerned with syncing to a Sharepoint site, since this is 1TB free with Microsoft 365 Business accounts. It is unprofessional that we have to sync to a Google Drive rather than our Sharepoint site. Because of this, our company backups do not include our documents/invoices. Silly. Would like to see this fixed.
