Xero HQ | Ask - Add more greetings placeholders, including given name
It would be good to have more flexible saluations in Ask covering emails, particularly when asking for information for personal tax.Being able to use the given name for someone, for example, (as per most emails that peope send) would be a good start.

Please consider this Xero. It must be a common problem amongst users. To make the message more personal by using a first name (by adding a placeholder for "firstname") would be a great upgrade and a time saver!

We have started using Xero Ask for our STP finalisations, we need the clients to provide information and sign in a prompt manner, the sooner the better in order to finalise the accounts for EOFY. However, the opening message to the client, the welcome message, states
"You don't have to answer all the questions nowYou can leave some questions for now but please answer them all by 30 June 2025"
This does not convey to the client for any of our requests that the timely submission of their documentation is needed.
We would like this welcome page to be customisable so that we can inform the clients of this, not let them dilly dally until the due date.
