    I suggested editable templates for document packs three years ago - it would be so useful. No action. Instead we get spurious and useless minimum wage warnings on the payroll product! Oh, and JAX that can't get at the data to enable an analysis of differences between VAT periods. You just couldn't make it up. Hopeless.

    When sending document packs to customers, I'd like to be able to customise the emails that are sent, rather than using the somewhat clunky and not very professional looking default templates, in order to make the communication less bland and more focused and relevant.
