    I'd like to add that something that had name, birthdate, age, length of serivce, payroll number would help with minimum wage, NI letter coding, pension eligibility. And exportable in a format such as excel rather than PDF.

    When people on a payroll turn 21 their NI Letter needs to change, usually from M to A. I've yet to find an efficient way to find out if someone has 'come of age' since the last payrun. The consequence of missing this is that the correct taxes are not collected. I'd like to be notified when someone has a 21st Birthday - perhaps in the way that tax codes that require attention are notified? At least having a report that list staff by age would be a good start, then for each 21 year old the NI letter could be checked.

    When sending document packs to customers, I'd like to be able to customise the emails that are sent, rather than using the somewhat clunky and not very professional looking default templates, in order to make the communication less bland and more focused and relevant.
