It is so important for when not sat in front of the computer. Considering the invoicing may be from time worked it seems crazy not to have more options of how to track that time.

Thanks for your input and letting us know how useful being able to show formula rows as %'s would be when reporting from Xero.
This is something our team have plans to pick up work for soon and for now we'll move to Under review, I'll return to share as this moves along 😊

Thanks for contributing to this idea, everyone. As part of the single client record we've recently made a change so now when you record a client note in Xero HQ or Xero Practice Manager each system are now reflected in the other.
We appreciate there is a second part of the idea here surrounding custom fields. Custom fields are being developed with current work the team have underway, and eventually you'll be able to see custom fields reflected in both systems (Xero HQ and XPM), too. We'll keep you updated of further news for this here.

Thanks for your interest in being able to send a PDF of an invoice via the Xero Network.
While this isn't something we're looking to develop atm. For those in AU and NZ you could look into sending e invoices via the Peppol network.
Through e invoices you can attach and include files as well as a PDF of the invoice - See more on Xero Central

Hi everyone, we thoroughly appreciate all the feedback we've heard from our customers on their use of the Xero network and the importance this is for helping you move efficiently when using new invoicing. Where possible we highly encourage setting up and using eInvoicing as a solution which is wider reaching than just those businesses on Xero, and has more functionality.
In it's current state you can continue to send invoices using the Xero Network from the Awaiting payments list. That said, we've been listening closely and our product team are now considering development to incorporate sending invoices from Xero to Xero within new invoicing, as well as developing on this feature to enable attachments to be included when sending. We'll shift the idea to Under review for now and I'll share as there is more progression of this to update you on.

Hi everyone, leading on from my last update we have now released improvements to eInvoicing for those in the UK! With the latest change you'll now find we've made it easier for you to opt-in to receive your Xero subscription bill via eInvoicing. You can now do this from your online invoice (My Bills page) instead of through the Billing contact page. Helping save you time and reduce manual data entry every month.😁
We understand there are other regions that'd still like to see this functionality developed and we'll shift back to submitted and share when there is news of moving this further afield.
We also wanted to address the recent comment of data sharing - We'd like to confirm that Xero do not share data with Peppol.com. We use the Peppol network and the subscription invoices are sent using our wholly owned provider, Tickstar.Karen Bennett supported this idea · -

Hi Lilly, with Xero expenses you can upload a copy of a receipt and have it auto capture the contents to create an expense through the app - See more on this here
Is there a reason you'd prefer to email receipts to your org over the existing method? Will help when sharing back with the team.

Hi community, thanks for your support and sharing in the idea here. Diving into your comments, there are a few different ideas that we're picking up on within this one thread;
- ability to change the email address/contact of a sent pack
- ability to add additional documents to a sent pack, and
- the ability to edit metadata of a sent pack
For the first, we'd like to better understand what is driving the need to change the email address? is it down to a typo when entering it? or if its on a tax return, is it wrong on the client record etc?
Although it's not possible to add additional documents to a pack right now, creating and sending a new document pack is essentially the same - Is there any reason this isn't suitable?
Lastly, it'd be good to get more substance of how the ability to rename a pack…

Need to be able to move jobs around, based on capacity, from the calendar view as it is so much easier to see the empty days in this format.
