Xero HQ - Alphabetise client list in Xero staff
At the moment Xero doesn't have a list of clients in alphabetical order when I go into Staff to amend access. With over 200 clients, it is taking a long time to sort it all out, even if I use the search box.
Please include functionality so that the client list in Staff is in alphabetical order by default, the same as it was in My Xero staff.
I would also like to see a number value next to the staff member's name showing how many clients they have access to. Again, similar to the set up in My Xero staff. This number needs to reflect not how many clients we have, but how many ACTIVE clients the member of staff has access to.
Hi everyone, returning to confirm that our new unified client experience is now available to all practices.
From the client list you can now sort by Client name in ascending or descending order, as well as filter the list of clients to show only the ones where the staff member does or does not have access to the linked Xero organisation.
We are also looking into adding a filter to see which client records the user has access to and I'll share another update with everyone here on development for this.

In My Xero staff I could quickly review all clients and see which staff had which level of access and could update multiple client access for a staff member in seconds.
Now I have to click into each client , click staff and then change each staff member's access. A ten second job could now take hours!!
It is essential Xero HQ staff has the same functionality or switch My Xero staff BACK ON!
