Payroll - Stop access to payslips until the date of the pay run

In Xero payroll, when pay runs are posted before the pay date there needs to be a delay in the employees accessing payslips

Often we do prepare a payrun ahead of time. Especially around holiday periods. Could a future date be set to send out payslip
