Price increase
I am not happy with the latest increase. I don’t see why I should now start paying for payroll when I don’t use it.
The fiasco with the new invoice system is ridiculous. So many basic things are so wrong such as the layout. Just where do you get your developers from?
We appreciate your feedback, Julia. Our new streamlined plans are designed to provide easier access to the tools to help run your business efficiently. That means more key features included, with fewer add-ons to navigate. We consider many factors when rolling out changes like this and that includes understanding the nuances of a particular market and customer needs.
If there is something particular with other features across Xero that'd help improve your experience I'd recommend voting on the individual product ideas. Our product teams are regularly reviewing and make changes based on our community's feedback here.

With due respect Kelly. As a Xero Partner I have missed out on at least 80% potential new clients in the last 2 months and new Xero customers due to the new pricing structure and I have one client who is delaying moving from FreeAgent until you sort this out.
The conversations now revolve around how many people will be on the payroll, whereas previously it was does the client need multicurrency. They do not revolve around any other functionality.
The new price plan means that many Limited Company directors will not choose Xero as their first software. The changes in NIC next year will mean that Xero is even less palatable
