XPM - Report audit trail

Audit trail to see who has created / amended / deleted custom reports. We had a situation where a report was deleted and unable to identify who had inadvertently done this.

    This is critical from a fraud perspective. What's to stop an employee from changing a client's bank account details, receiving a refund, and then changing them back?

    The history log on other softwares have saved jobs! I agree that this is essential to understand the data flow and ultimately data accuracy!

    Xero Practice Manager - XPM History / Audit Trail
    Please consider having a history or audit trail for XPM like you have on Xero Accounting.
    This way we can see what anything was created deleted or edited, by which staff member, and when this event happened.
    This would be greatly helpful for problem solving and to keep staff accountable.

    Agree with Nick, it would be especially good to have a report showing all jobs cancelled/deleted within a period so we can check there is nothing accidentally removed.

    Have been asked by a number of practices for this feature request.
    Specific audit trail items that would be beneficial:

    Jobs added, updated, deleted (who, date/time, detail)
    Clients & contacts added, updated, deleted (who, date/time, detail)
    Invoices added, updated, deleted (who, date/time, detail) - aware that can see on the invoice history but in a report is more what they are after so they can report in bulk.
    Tax returns added, updated, deleted (who, date/time, detail) - aware that history shows in tax returns when viewing the return but in report would be great to report in bulk.
    Agree that report builder audit log would be helpful too.
