AU Tax - Warning when creating client record with same TFN as archived client
When creating a new client the duplicate TFN warning should also apply to Archived clients.

This is complete and utter cop-out.
This isn't some sort of "feature request"; this is a bug that should be given to someone to fix posthaste!!
And I don't claim to be a programmer, but it doesn't seem to even be an overly complex fix:
* TFN CHECK when adding client
* remove check against "ACTIVE" clients
* replace check against "ALL" clientsTHIS IS A BUG!!! JUST FIX IT!!!
