Workpapers - Refined User Roles
The User access for Workpapers is very poor. I find that I need to give the Staff high access levels in order to allow them to create and complete workpapers. Rather than just having a very basic Standard and Admin level, the names and levels of access should reflect more the sort of work that staff will be involved in. For example, you don't need to be highly qualified to set up a set of working papers for a new year that you can then work on, so staff members should be held up by needing line managers to initial Working Paper Set up.

Hi Rebecca, thank you for this valuable feedback on user access in Workpapers.
We can certainly see your point. The current 'Standard' and 'Admin' levels can be too broad, often requiring you to give staff higher access than necessary just to perform routine tasks like setting up a new workpaper file.
Your suggestion to introduce more refined user roles that better reflect the actual work your staff are involved in is a great solution to improve both workflow and security.
