Report Templates - Add Tracking summary report

add more reports into report template, for example payroll report and tracking summary. Thank you.

Hi team we appreciate the feedback and interest in adding the Tracking Summary report to Report Templates here. Being upfront this isn't something we have plans for.

However, we've made a recent update to enable you to adding a custom Tracking Summary report to Adviser packs which may meet some of the needs here.

I see there's also been mentions in this thread of users that'd like to add payroll report to report templates and I wanted to highlight this idea that I'd recommend adding your vote for if of interest. Thanks!

    It would be great to be able to add the tracking categories as columns in the account transactions reports at an advisor level - would save having to remember to add them in at a client level (and remembering which clients actually have tracking categories in the first place).

    I provide a big client of mine monthly reports which include payroll, I'd like to provide these as a custom report pack (especially as we're moving to XPM).

    I also need more customisation in payroll reporting, I need a monthly breakdown which includes hours worked (for the month) for each employee.

    If you are going to add a feature (report packs) it must be consistent across all reports. This is not a business of 'whatever fits.' Accounting software must maintain consistency, flexibility, and functionality. It's a critical requirement for many people to include payroll reports as part of EOM, EOQ, or EOY management reporting. Instead of spending time making reports look prettier stage by stage and going for style, perhaps Xero should listen to their stakeholders and give us what we need in substance. Not clever.

    Please add these reports as I have to add the payroll reports separately and this looks unprofessional.

    This is critical to Bookkeepers providing reporting and one of the biggest frustrations that it is not possible.

    We should be able to add any report to report packs, including all the payroll reports, activity statement reports including the custom period report, GST reconcilation report, ie any report you can run in Xero should be able to be added to a report group. The idea is that each month/period you want to reconcile you just run your report pack that will have all the reports you need and run this once rather than running each report individually.
