  1. The ability to look up client by entering their client code. Currently we have to go to groups and find the client belonging to the group. Our admin system is based on client codes and it would make it easier having the client code look up option.

    Hi everyone, we appreciate the continued interest in the timer in Practice Manager. As mentioned in my last update, work for a Pause option would require a lot of work, and it's not something we have plans for right now.

    However, we understand this is important to our customers and when our team have more capacity we'll explore how we might develop solution for this.

    We will keep let you know if there is any progression to share here.

  3. We leverage the Income Tax Client Report within XPM, and report on lodgements leveraging this data. It would be great if there was the ability to schedule the Tax Agent Request to the ATO for refreshed data - e.g. once per week, so that the reporting we have is automatically refreshed periodically and this doesn't rely on a person refreshing the data manually.

  4. Good day,

    Would it be possible to allow us to import the staff assignment via the CSV import file rather than assigning staff afterwards. Same for the template, category and job state.

    Regarding the bulk staff assignment function, could we add filters and have the columns sort when you click on the column headings of this section please.

    These two short comings is creating a huge delay in annual job creation for routine jobs.

    No we cannot use re-curing jobs as XPM does not have the functionality yet to choose the date on which the re-curing job is created, you…

We have many individual clients who don't have a company or trust etc. Can there be a salutations field that can be used specifically for addressing them in invoices and tax letters that doesn't affect where they stand in the alphabetical order of things? If we update their display name, all of those clients would be under 'M' for Miss, Mrs, Ms or Mr rather that their first or last name which then throws reporting if you're looking for someone in particular in a list of people.   10. On the reconciliation screen in the bank account, if a transaction is being picked up by a rule, could we see both which rule it is being picked up by as well as the name, account, description, and tax details that the rule is using?

    Thanks for the idea, Garrett. This isn't in any plans at the moment, but we'll keep an eye on it as the team are thinking about this in the wider context of the bank reconciliation process.

    In the meantime a workaround could be to include those details in the title of your bank rule. For example Supplier Name - Motor (20% VAT)

  11. Currently only able to raise progress job invoice in client. abilitiy to raise both progress and final invoice would be better than having to go to invoicing to raise final invoice.

  12. A section in Tax on XPM it notifies you that an ITR doesn't have bank account details entered before filing.
    This will help solve the issue of filing tax returns with missing client bank accounts for refunds.

  13. Client Search History: being able to see the clients in XPM that you have searched for recently/previous 24hrs. When needing to go back to a client you recently searched and updated etc and need to go back into same client or cannot remember client name etc. Would have thought this would be 'standard feature' as in other progams we use

  14. Could you please add the field “[Tax Return] Suspended Until” to the fields available when you write an “Income Tax Client – ITCRPT” report.

    This would allow a report of all clients we are ATO Agent for showing their tax return due date, status and suspended until date all on one report.

  17. Is there a way to flag a client, ie Warning/Ban or make them Inactive but keep their history in Xero?

  20. When there is a Managed Fund distribution on the prefill, the distribution is automatically entered into the Managed fund distribution worksheet. If there is no figure, it pulls through a $0.00 which leads to a $0.00 at the primary producer label L. This then automatically triggers the income averaging to which you manually have to OPT out of. Please fix this issue.
